Electrical Site Manager
One Team Electrical are a Victorian based Commercial Electrical Company with a flawless reputation for delivering quality projects to handful of marquee clients. We have been involved in award winning projects in and around Melbourne since 2002.
Currently we are looking for experienced Site Managers to join our existing team in overseeing construction projects in and around Vic Metro.
This role will be varied, diverse, exciting and challenging. Will be a self driven, self motivated role keeping our company brand always at the forefront. This role will involve managing day to day tasks set to site team members, managing project timelines, site coordination meetings and offering diverse lateral solutions towards successful project delivery.
We have a firm, sustained and planned vision for our business that offers incredible opportunity for those willing to not only join, but contribute and be part of a vibrant group that symbolises the meaning of team.
Candidates would need to posses the following before applying for this position:
- Commercial management experience.
- Well presented, can do attitude when liasing clients.
- A can do positive attitude with the ability to creatively think on your feet.
- Be able to communicate directly with customers, attend site coordination meetings and report back to One Team management.
- Be patient and detailed in communicating instructions to ensure you get the most out of team members.
- Be able to lead a team on site and display a level of authority to ensure tasks are accepted and completed as requested.
- Ability to procure additional work through proactive selling of our business brand to existing and new clients.
