THE ROLE
Seeking Mobile Patrol Officers that have proven experience in a similar role and thrive on the ever-changing dynamic of working within the mobile patrols environment. The Mobile Patrol Officer role requires outstanding time management skills and the desire to deliver a premium service to our reputable customers; corporate, government and iconic sites across the ACT.
The primary functions of this role include;
- Responding to remote alarm activations in a marked, fully equipped vehicle within a fixed geographical area and in a specified time frame, as per the guidance of our National Operations Centre
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances
- Attend to all reports of unauthorised access, antisocial behaviour and/or damage to resolve the issue immediately or assess whether the issue warrants elevation
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised persons or unusual occurrences
- Customer liaison and assistance with all enquiries
- Problem identification and resolution
- Utilisation of Wilson Security's 'RAPID' in-vehicle patrols and despatch technology
- Assist with office administration and logistic duties as required.
To be eligible, you will need;
- Availability to work on 12 hour shift basis (nights, days and weekends)
- Possession of a clean and current ACT Driver's Licence
- Possession of a current ACT Security Licence and First Aid Certificate
- Australian Citizenship is an essential criteria.
Experience within mobile patrols is highly desirable; we will provide training to use the state-of-the-art technology we have in our vehicles.
