Due to exponential growth Melbourne BMW have a great opportunity to join our high performing luxury service team located at our Southbank site in the position of Service Advisor.
You are a customer focused, driven Service Advisor with a can-do attitude which will see you hit the ground running in this fast-paced environment and with the support of management you will be successful in delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for scheduling daily vehicle bookings, preparing repair orders, processing payments and responsible for building and maintaining relationships with all our customers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Making appointments, processing repair orders, quotes and invoices.
- Providing customer support via the phone and face to face at the dealership.
- Qualifying and interpreting customer problems and logging them for technicians to review.
- Ensuring customer approval for all remedial work to be carried out.
- Promoting our range of vehicle parts and accessories.
- Internal coordination of service work to adhere to commitments made to customers.
- Estimating costs and time for work to be carried out and maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicles.
- Consistently achieve Customer Service benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Stable dealership work history as an experienced Service Advisor.
- Excellent time management/organisational skills.
- Customer focused and able to establish and develop ongoing customer relationships.
- Passionate about the automotive industry and knowledge of BMW or other luxury vehicles.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
