Right now, the City of Ryde has an exciting opportunity for a person experienced in maintaining sporting fields, recreational and similar areas to join our Sportsgrounds, Parks and Garden team.

Key requirements
- Certificate 3 level qualifications in Horticulture, Parks Management, Greenkeeping or similar, or have proven experience in maintaining grounds and/or sporting fields
- Have a broad range of experience maintaining and setting-up sporting fields
- Ability to undertake physical work that includes some heavy lifting and working outdoors
- Experience in pest and weed control
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
- Current drivers' licence
All tools and equipment are provided as well as your work uniform and personal safety equipment.
The salary range for the position is from $936 to $1,159 per week (+ Superannuation) with your commencing level depending on your experience and qualifications. Future salary increases and promotional opportunities are available and on-gong training and development is a feature of working at the City of Ryde.
