To be successful in this role you must demonstrate:
- Proven experience in managing a team within a clinical, laser, spa or beauty environment
- Ability to coach and inspire others to be the best version of themselves
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding financial targets along with implementing strategies to achieve this
- A passion for providing an excellent customer service experience and for helping people look and feel their best
- A high level of skin and beauty knowledge
- Excellent organizational, computer and phone skills
- Initiate and implement marketing and sales activities
- An ability to follow and monitor company policies and procedures and identify improvements
- An ability to manage a fast-paced environment
- Excellent sales and retail skills and being able to develop these in others
- A positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of the role and be responsible for your own and the business’s success
