United Transport Equipment steel fabrication shop manufacturers trays for light vehicles using advanced robotic technology. It boasts a young, vibrant and energetic team who have just moved into brand new state of the art facilities in Welshpool. They work closely alongside New Town Toyota & Kalamunda Toyota.
United Transport Equipment is seeking an Apprentice Fabricator to join the team at our Welshpool site.
The role will be responsible for:
- Assist Tradespersons in building trays;
- Assist Trades Assistants with fitting trays;
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment;
- Attend and successfully complete TAFE units.
To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following qualities :
- Current manual driver's licence; and
- Completion of Western Australian Certificate of Education
- Positive Can - Do Attitude;
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills;
- Punctuality and the ability to work under time constraints;
- Ability to work safely as part of a team;
- Neat and tidy personal presentation;
- The ability to use your initiative;
