About the Role
Veolia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to lead our Chiller Technicians in the delivery of regular maintenance, service and repair work as well as small to medium project works on a range of HVAC equipment, including chillers and refrigeration units. This position requires a high level of customer service, the ability to develop technicians whilst also ensuring 100% compliance to OH&S compliance for the team.
Reporting to the Regional Manager – Energy Services, this role will also assist in managing the P&L for your team and sales opportunities. Your attitude, work ethic and ability to work well within a team environment are important characteristics we are looking for in the right candidate.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years working as a Refrigeration/HVAC technician
- Strong background working with Chiller systems
- Previous experience in supervision and team management
- Current Queensland restricted Electrical Licence or Electrical Mechanic
- Current driver’s licence
- Arctick Refrigerant Handling licence
