About the business and the role
The Role of the Service Advisor is to be responsible for ensuring the customer interaction with our Service Department is seamless and of high standard, From service booking to through to Service Invoice delivery.
Ensuring you are always customer focused while liaising with the workshop staff to ensure the vehicle is completed on time with all customer concerns addressed.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The Successful Candidate will need previous experience in this or a similar role, Be customer first focused, highly motivated to succeed and have the ability to handle working with the public and internal staff and carry out their duties to a professional manner at all times.
Pentana DMS experience preferred not essential
