About us
The Garden Maintenance Company has been involved in the Horticultural Industry for the last 30 years. Our primary focus is maintaining quality gardens, both commercial and residential. We are passionate about our work and look for quality people who will fit in with our culture.

The Role
You will attend TAFE 1 day per week, and become a fully Qualified Horticulturist within a 3 to 4 year period. Your apprenticeship can be fast tracked and can be completed within 3 years. Once qualified, your income could double.
Important aspects of the role include:
- Maintaining Sydney's quality residential and commercial gardens
- Learning all aspects of Horticulture, in the garden maintenance field i.e. lawn mowing, hedging, pruning, weeding, plant identification, soil structure and fertilising
- We have work in the North Shore, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney
About you
Ideally you will possess the following:
- Can commit to starting a new apprenticeship
- An existing apprentice wanting to gain high end quality garden experience already in an apprenticeship
- A positive friendly attitude and a willingness to develop your skills
- Enjoy the outdoors
- Physically fit
