As an experienced leader you will be responsible for building the skills, service and communication of your team in a supportive environment. If you're looking to step into salon leadership, we will provide the support needed to develop your leadership skills, as we are always striving to learn more!
You have to be a great leader, excellent communicator, have team building skills, run training workshops and above all be passionate.
Your skills will have to be top notch, but we also want our team members always keen to learn more. We are looking for a confidnt, capable and committed salon manager.
