We're looking for a Hair & Beauty Advisors for our stores in Chadstone and Plenty Valley.
We are after someone with passion for hair and loves working in retail. Someone that has exceptional customer service and a great attitude.
Training is essential to continue to grow and develop! Whether you've been in the industry for 20 years or a minute, we want to always learn new ways to better provide amazing service to our clients.
YOUR ROLE
- Be a problem-solving master, matching customer needs with the best solutions.
- Create a welcoming vibe through personality and using clever merchandising and in-store activity to attract customers.
- Meet and exceed your daily and weekly KPIs and sales targets. And get rewarded for it!
- Support the salon team by welcoming their clients and inviting your customers to experience the salon.
