Warranty Clerk/Parts Technical Advisor
Key Motors Townsville is North Queensland’s Award Winning Mazda and Subaru Dealer, employing over 90 local staff. We are an A Grade Wholesale Dealer for Mazda and Subaru and we have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Warranty Clerk/Parts Technical Advisor to support the frontline and workshop!
In this role you will be responsible for delivering excellent Customer Service. You will have a strong focus on conveying the preventative maintenance requirements of customer vehicles.
The successful Candidate will ideally have -
- Ability to communicate information between customers and technical staff in a clear and precise manner
- Excellent phone manner
- Professional personal presentation
- You will be a self-starter, driven by the desire to achieve
- Have previous Customer Service/Sales Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to learn and apply new information quickly
- Good problem-solving and reasoning skills
- Great follow-up and administrative skills
- Efficient computer skills
- Knowledge of mechanical workings of modern vehicles
- Parts background preferred but not essential
It is imperative that the successful candidate be customer focused with a can do attitude and understands that the customer does come first. In order to be successful in this role you will need to have good people skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Your ability to be able to build strong relationships both internally and externally will be crucial to your success.
