Full Time Hybrid Role - Automotive Mechanic & Retail Sales Consultant – Autobarn Caroline Springs
Autobarn is one of Australia's largest retailers of automotive aftermarket accessories and spare parts. We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to help lead our team at our growing Autobarn Caroline Springs store.
This role is an opportunity for an individual to be hands on in the workshop performing mechanical duties which range from servicing vehicles to installing 4WD equipment through to automotive performance products. The role also requires the individual to work inside the retail area of the store, performing all the usual duties of a full time sales person.
The successful applicant will therefore need to be a qualified Automotive Mechanic that also practices excellent customer service and enjoys dealing with people in a retail environment.
You will need to have exceptional communication, people skills and work ethic as well as being reliable and trustworthy with good organisational ability. You must also be able to work in a highly dynamic and challenging environment both as a team player and autonomously.

In addition, you must have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Comfortable in working on vehicles as per your qualifications allow and to be willing to take on new challenges as they arise

- Ability to learn new systems and procedures
- Automotive retail experience would be advantageous
