Endota Day Spa located in Richmond and Endota day Spa located in Hampton are currently looking for a fully qualified, motivated & passionate Senior Beauty Therapists .
We are also seeking a Junior Beauty therapist who has just completed a Diploma of Beauty Therapy or has had minimal experience in the industry but ready to take a big step in their career within the endota Brand.

To be successful in this role, you will have/be:
- Diploma in beauty therapy
- Minimum of 12 months experience in beauty/massage therapy in a day spa or a renowned beauty salon (Senior Therapist)
- Experience in customer service essential for both positions
- Experience in retail sales essential for Senior Therapist
- A professional who cares about what they do and how their clients respond
- Able to work with targets, retailing skills on point
- Strong communication skills and a passion for the industry - aware of consultation before and after treating a client (Senior Therapist)
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards
- Available for day, evening and Saturdays with 1-2 days off per week (weekday) depending on candidate circumstance
- Australian citizenship/residency is required to apply for these positions
A full 3 day product and treatment training program exists for all team members before or as soon as they begin employment. This includes initial training and up to the minute education throughout the year to keep in line with the high standards that endota sets for the spa industry.
