ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a bright, bubbly, intelligent, driven individual to join our amazing team.
Someone who is well presented to be the face of our progressive company, switched on enough to do any role in this very fast paced Business, but humble enough to clean, someone who is willing to work from the ground up and is hungry for career progression.
MAIN DUTIES:
Completing Mechanical Bookings and Quotes, Ordering Parts, Invoicing.
Other duties may include: Assisting with Social Media Responses, Covering Reception, Customer Service, Administration, Ordering, Answering Phones, Following up Email Enquiries, and Cleaning Cars during cover times, Filing, Printing and emailing.
This requires research and ability to build knowledge base, liaise exceptionally with key stake holders and suppliers, forging relationships to ensure optimal business transactions.
You will be very trustworthy as you will be making purchases unsupervised. (Police check will be required.)
A high level of communication will be required between Front of House and Back of House.
