ABOUT THE JOB
Our Professional Products Division provides hair care and hair colour products and services to salons across Australia. Our brands include Kerastase, L’Oreal Professionel, Redken, Shu Uemura, Pureology and Matrix. We partner with hairdressing salons, offering products made from the best technologies and offer superior training which is at the forefront of trends.
Our team of Educators are committed to the modernisation of the professional hair industry with a focus on high-level services and exceptional customer experiences. Due to substantial growth we are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Educators.
- Managing salon education including product demonstrations through to expert knowledge on all of the brand’s products
- Facilitating group education and one-on-one training sessions on products with existing and new clients
- Visiting new and existing salons, providing technical training to drive sales
- Know customer profiles and deliver customer centricity
ABOUT YOU:
- You are an experienced hairdresser who has possibly managed or owned a salon
- You have a Certificate 3 in Hairdressing
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have a vibrant personality and a drive to succeed
- You have a natural flair and desire to educate others
- You ideally have knowledge of these brands - Kerastase, L’Oreal Professionel, Redken, Shu Uemura, Pureology and Matrix
- You ideally have a Cert IV in Training and Assessment but not necessary
