Urgently seeking a Carpenter. He/she must have excellent people skills and be a team player.
The successful applicant must...
.Experience in renovations and extensions and hold Certificate III in Carpentry.
.Follow schedule and report on progress, issues, team performance and behavior to Operations Manager
.Supervise fellow employees and sub contractors
.Monitor behavior and manner of onsite team and insure the company Code of Conduct is being upheld
.Show patience and integrity when interacting with team and clients if/when necessary
.Use initiative to find ways to save time and costs and when allocating tasks to team members and insure tasks are in line with their skill set and capabilities.
.Insure all work is to the high standard of the company and it's reputation.
.To monitor and train apprentices and trainees.
