About the role:
An exciting opportunity to join one of Australia’s fastest growing companies (2013 BRW Fast Company #7). Seeking an ambitious Victorian License, A Class Electrician who can be the technical supervisor on the company contractor license. You will be required to help in developing the company general electrical and Power solutions.
Working closely service delivery team and Fusion’s digital solutions to the marketplace, the electrician technician will play an integral role in our client’s customer service experience, you will provide ongoing day to day specialist support as well as routine preventative and reactive maintenance.
The primary objective of this role is to be the company electrical technician leader and ensuring that client needs are met through responsive, high quality service delivery.
Key Role Objectives:
- A Class' Licensed Electrician Special Class
- Able to read and understand circuit drawings
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Strong belief in delivering optimal client outcomes
- Solid organisational and project management ability
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Carry out weekly and monthly scheduled service plans across our clients base which may include periodic interstate travel.
- Ability to learn and adapt to Fusion in-house digital platforms to provide real-time dynamic reports for our customer base.
- Carry our trouble-shooting to minimise down time.
- Participate in service team on-call roster
- Be willing to be cross trained in other company power back up requirements (UPS basic testing requirements).
