Lead a team of horticulturists providing professional garden & Horticultural maintenance services to high profile commercial clients in the Western suburbs of Melbourne including Laverton, Werribee, Truganina and Caroline Springs..
Pay dependant on qualifications and you are expected to have a minimum of Cert 3 in Horticulture.
We are looking for someone with good motivation skills, who can communicate and deliver good outcomes whilst maintaining high staff morale and team cohesion. We need someone who is both a people person and a top rate horticulturist. You will also need to be on the tools as well as reporting and some basic admin work.
You'll be used to physical, outdoor work & have experience using turf & garden maintenance equipment.
Manual drivers licence essential. Please do not apply if you do not have a manual drivers licence.
