About us:
Canberra Kubota, a division of Australian Hammer Supplies, is the Canberra Region dealer for New Kubota Earthmoving Equipment & Toku Hammers. We are also a Kubota Distributor and Service Centre for Earthmoving, Lawn Mowing Equipment, Compact and Agricultural Tractors.
We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Diesel Plant Mechanic to join our team located in Queanbeyan on a full-time basis.
To qualify for this position, we require you to have:
- A background in Earth Moving or Agricultural Equipment or Small to Heavy Plant
- Proven Experience with Diagnostics, Repairs, Maintenance & Servicing, Good with attention to detail
- Experience with Component Rebuilds, Engines, Hydraulics and Transmission
- Technical/ Trade qualifications and sound mechanical knowledge
- An OH&S white card
- Current drivers licence and own transport
- A strong focus on Quality Work & Excellent Customer Service
- Strong commitment towards Safe Work Practices
- Computer Skills and Fork Lift Licence (Advantage)
