We are a highly successful & privately-owned Components machining company who are looking for a “lateral thinking” CNC programmer to join our team. We are down to earth, professional and very good at what we do.
The Role:
We are looking for a skilled CNC programmer with “flair” and an open mind to explore what “could be”! No job too hard or tricky, we will give you the time and support to create amazing components. Experience, patience and “outside the box thinking” is want we would like, combined with an interest in “tinkering” with all things mechanical / electronic.

Our client database continues to expand in to new and very interesting sectors including Military / Defence, Medical, Racing/ Performance parts, Aviation, Law Enforcement, Manufacturers as well as specialised client orders (but not limited to).
To be successful (we require):
- Highly experienced CNC Mastercam Programming
- Experience in programming Mastercam 2018 (highly desirable)
- Open minded/ lateral thinker/ problem solver
- Background in Electronics/ RF/ Medical components sector (highly desirable)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
This is not your “usual” CNC Programming role, you will be a major part of the team with a licence to create. We look forward to working with you.
