About the role
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance all-rounder who will work as part of our team and be responsible for the day to day maintenance. You must be experienced, hardworking, skilled and highly motivated, with the ability to work independently.
Duties include:
- General building maintenance, painting, some tiling, pressure washing etc
- Carpentry works / 2nd Fix
- Roof leak investigation and repairs
- Bathroom/kitchen renovation demolition
- Ceiling and cornice repairs
Skills and experience
You will have previous experience working in a similar role, have a willingness to work across all functions and be able to work safely.
Desirable Candidates will have
- Ability to use a wide array of hand, air and power tools
- Ability to work for long periods independently
- Welding experience desirable
- Better than average problem-solving skills
- Able to read drawings/plans
- Forklift License desirable
- Police clearance
- Working with heights ticket
- Communication skills
