We are currently looking to appoint a Assistant Branch Manager to our Gerladton store.Reporting to the Area Manager you will lead, develop and coordinate a team of trade specialists; Ensure effective financial management and operational standards that are second to none; Drive all branch KPIs and communicate these effectively to your team; Manage and develop important customer and commercial relationships; Be a safety ambassador ensuring current high levels are maintained. The successful candidate will have previous branch management experience along with automotive knowledge and experience.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous branch management experience;
- High level understanding of branch operations;
- Experience and knowledge in the Automotive Industry;
- Sound computer skills, along with excellent communication skills are pivotal to this position; and
- A 'Customer First' attitude with a passion for developing new and existing business.
