With a long and proud history of servicing Alice Springs, our success has meant we need to expand to continue to serve our customers needs in the Parts Department.   We now have a vacancy for an energetic and enthusiastic experienced Parts Interpreter ideally with previous automotive parts experience.

You will be responsible to promote and build a strong relationship with our customers by providing effective and accurate interpretation as well as a high level of quality customer service. 

Some of the skills/ characteristics you require include:

• Previous Parts experience
• Computer Literacy
• A focus on building a strong relationship with our customers
• Effective time management skills
• Highly motivated and proactive
• A National Police Check is required as part of the recruitment process

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and recommending parts to customers
• Ordering parts from warehouse and external suppliers
• Receiving orders for parts
• Collecting, packing, despatching or delivering ordered parts
• Preparing invoices and other finance arrangements for the sale of stock
• Keeping sales and stock records
• Assisting customers in repairing or replacing parts

Your working week is Monday to Friday with a rotating roster on Saturday mornings.  We will reward you with:
