About the role
We are seeking a qualified Carpenter who can work on their own in conjunction with an apprentice doing a variety of jobs. Experience in maintenance carpentry essential as well as other trades including but not limited to , plastering, painting, tiling , landscaping , concreting. Hand tools required

Skills and experience
Applicant must have great communication skills as you will be dealing with many sites and clients. Must be well presented , neat and tidy as we are in the public , client offices and parks performing our tasks. Multiple trade skills a plus including carpentry ,concreting ,landscaping, plastering, painting,tiling. Picking up of materials required.Smart phone required for emailing of jobs.
