- Are you a strong communicator with great computer skills who loves a busy day?
- An experienced "Scheduler" who can allocate a large number of technicians?
- Has experience in Job Management Systems -ideally in Trades Services & SIMPRO?
Hix Group is a Penrith Based business which has been operating for more than 25 years and is now employing more than 75 tradespeople across a number of divisions including Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Services & other specialised fields. .We employ a great team of administrative staff using a state of the art job management system ( Simpro) to administer all client, technician & management team needs .
Our attractive offices are located in the South Penrith Industrial precinct with our technicians working throughout Penrith and the wider Sydney metropolitan area and beyond.
We need a team player who :
- Is confident and experienced in the scheduling of tradespeople to a range of jobs for a long list of clients/contracts
- Loves the scheduling role & can handle the daily pressures of changing plans and client and technician demands
- is experienced in a similar business or trades environment would be a definite advantage
- is looking to work CLOSE TO HOME in a small team
- is "TECH SAVVY" ie is familiar with technology and can troubleshoot the needs of our team ie using Mobile tablets, Smart phones , internet and web updates
- is CUSTOMER FOCUSED and METICULOUS to meet the needs of our clients,staff and management team & can communicate well with our trades services team members
- is familiar with and ready to adopt QUALITY ASSURANCE, WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
- is looking for a "family friendly environment" where they can fit well with their work mates & be a part of the culture
