Fantastic opportunity for a skilled Grounds Maintenance Offices to join our close-knit team at Stockland North Lakes Retirement Resort.
Your Role
Bring your grounds maintenance experience to one of our villages, Stockland North Lakes Retirement Resort, where you can make a difference to the presentation of the Resort.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Propagate and prune plants
- Water all common area garden beds as necessary
- Prune and maintain plants and trees to common area gardens
- Undertake special gardening projects for the benefit of the resort
- Assist with general maintenance duties
- Assist driving the resort bus if necessary
About You
You will have previous grounds maintenance experience and be confident in your ability to turn your hand to a variety of tasks. You will also have some knowledge and understanding around computer systems. Importantly, you will show excellent attention to detail, be able to manage your time effectively without direction and take pride in delivering outstanding work. Additionally, you will be genuinely interested in working with the elderly and be at ease interacting with a wide variety of people.
To be eligible for this role, you must hold an appropriate Drivers Licence and ability/willingness to drive a 12 seater bus if required
