About the Opportunity
MotoSign now has an opportunity for a Signwriter to join their team in Kilsyth South, VIC. This position is being offered on a full-time, Monday to Friday basis.
This role is responsible for overseeing signage projects from production to installation.
More specifically, key duties will include:
- Performing vehicle wrapping, signage installation, frame construction, welding, and other general signage work;
- Organising projects, scheduling production and overseeing installation;
- Carrying out hands-on work alongside your team of direct reports, while also teaching, motivating and guiding the team to perform at their best;
- Acting as the key liaison between clients and the team, including project management responsibilities; and
- Solving problems as they arise and putting processes in place to mitigate them in the future.
