Inline Engineering Services
Mechanical Fitter / Machinist Apprenticeship
Programmed Training Services in partnership with Inline Engineering Services, specialists in industrial gearboxes and precision maintenance and fitting services, are offering the opportunity to gain a national recognised qualification in Certificate III Engineering - Fitting & Machining (MEM30205), delivered over a four year nominal term.
This apprenticeship is designed to provide a comprehensive practical and theoretical base that enables the development of mechanical skills, technical procedures and concepts to carry out repairs and maintenance to a wide variety of mechanical equipment, as well as developing safe working practices. Your training will involve both on-the-job and classroom-based learning at a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
To be successful, you will meet the following criteria:
• Completion of Secondary Schooling to a Year 10 level (or equivalent), or completion of relevant pre-vocational qualifications.
• A willingness to work as part of a team and be motivated to pursue a career as a Mechanical Fitter / Machinist.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and regular drug & alcohol screening tests.
Please note, these positions are residential only. No housing or housing allowance is offered as part of these contracts.
