Maintenance Caretaker wanted for school in Jindabyne full time July-Sept, part time 20hrs the rest of the year
Your new company
A prestigious Sydney independent school now have a requirement for a Maintenance Caretaker to look after their winter school site. This role is full time between July - September and part time for the rest of the year.
Your new role
Your new role will see you carrying out a range of tasks across the site this includes but is not limited too:
- Carrying out general maintenance across the site
- Greeting tenants on arrival
- Working alongside the teaching staff to set up classrooms
- Moving furniture
- Advising tenants and visitors on where fire escapes are, evacuation routes and building/campus procedures
- On-call for any emergency requests
This role will be full time 38 hours during Term 3 (July-September) and part time 20 hours for the remainder of the year.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have previous maintenance experience or be pretty "handy" in general. You will have good communication skills and a high level of customer service.
