Our client is a prestige dealership based in South Yarra area. The dealership is part of a larger progressive group. To support their growth they now seek a Service Advisor who can work in a high pressure fast paced environment.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a volume prestige dealership. Their main focus is managing the customer from end to end whilst maintaining all internal processes. The role requires a candidate with very strong interpersonal and outstanding communication skills both written and verbal. They must be able to complete all administration in a timely manner and have a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will have experience in working towards KPI’s related to customer service, sales and meeting manufacture standards. As this is a fast pace environment you will need to be upbeat, solution focused, resilient and enjoy working in a team environment.

The salary on is approx $60k plus Super, Car Allowance and a generous commission structure (OTE $80k plus)
