Enware is a proud, Australian owned company that has been doing business for 80 years. We are a specialist plumbing and personal safety equipment manufacturer and supplier and provide technical advice and support throughout the product lifetime.
The role
The role provides you with the opportunity to specialise in the Enware range of commercial products and solutions. You will be dealing directly with our varied customer base in relation to product service and support along with looking at opportunities to develop our service offerings throughout Victoria. You will use our CRM tool to manage the work load and reporting. Your key duties will be:
- Provide technical support to customers
- Carry out warranty and paid service work
- Support the Technical division with scheduled project work
- Look for opportunities to provide optimal solutions to customers
The successful person will receive technical training on our products, solutions and CRM software and be supported by a team of experts who will provide additional technical guidance when required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Licensed in both water and gas
- TMV licensed or equivalent level of qualification that allows course to be completed
- Background in commercial and TMV maintenance is preferred
- Current driver's licence
- Need to undergo criminal checks along with working with children clearances
- Good communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to work autonomously
- Comfortable communicating via web and mobile phone
- Competent in basic Word and Excel
