'Truck Centre (WA) is WA's sole Mack, UD, Volvo and Hyundai Truck Specialist Dealership'. With 8 branches operating successfully state wide, we pride ourselves in taking on the prestigious responsibility of being the 'Single Largest Truck Transport Solution in WA.'

About the Role

Due to company growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated, high performing, individual with great customer services skills who is looking to develop a career in Service/Parts Administration.

Working as part of a high performing team in a fast paced environment, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of our customers by providing exceptional customer service in the sale of our Mack, UD, Volvo and Hyundai Truck Parts. You will be required to support our customers with over the phone and counter sales, in addition to being available to work offsite when required. As this is a dual role, the successful applicant must be willing to support service adminsitration by being the key contact between the workshop and our customers in relation to scheduling all vehicle repairs.  

To be successful in this position, you will have to be a high performing and hard working individual, who strives to meet the needs of our customers expectations on all occassions.

To be considered for this position, you will have experience in the automotive industry and possess the following:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Willingness to complete a range of administrative tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Be able to commit to full time hours and to support the team over the weekend as required
  • Strong time management skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders to achieve a desirable outcome
  • A results driven attitude
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and adaptability to software programs
  • The ability to work well within a team environment
  • The ability to problem solve and think on your feet
