This role is a great stepping stone into becoming an Area Manager, where you will oversee several shops and unlocking great earning potential.
As a Panel Shop Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the team by leading and managing five to ten staff, whilst overseeing and managing all operational aspects of the panel beating workshop.
The key responsibilities and duties for these tasks will be:
- Monitoring staff workload and performance;
- Providing quotes for vehicle repairs;
- Liaising and negotiating with insurance companies;
- Ordering parts for vehicles; and
- Managing the provision of high quality customer service and quality of repairs.
