Site Coordinator/Cabinet Maker
Claytons (AUST) is a leading manufacturer of kitchen and lifestyle joinery products. We design, manufacture, supply and install the highest quality kitchens, bathrooms and lifestyle joinery with prompt and reliable customer service nationally. Our product offer consists of joinery, stone benchtops and glass splashbacks.
Claytons requires an experienced Site Coordinator to manage the day-to-day site activities across its residential jobs in Brisbane North Greater Region and surrounding suburbs. The position reports directly to the State Manager and is responsible for overseeing all areas relating to onsite installations for the customer.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordination & scheduling of subcontractors & staff with all related site activities.
- Provide instruction & supervision to installer's onsite.
- Site Measures.
- Liaising with internal staff on issues and resolutions.
- Implementing and facilitating preventative measures to reduce on site maintenances.
- Raising maintenances, coordinating delivery & install to rectify all defects.
- Monitoring KPI targets and measures and implement change when required.
- Ensuring sub-contractor installers are compliant with OHS practices & policy.
In order to be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Able to competently lift 25kgs.
- Have experience using hand tools.
- Extensive experience in cabinet making and/or joinery installations within the residential market segment.
- Ability to provide strong leadership and management of subcontractors.
- Proven track record in customer service with strong & proactive communication skills.
- Dealing with builders and client representatives' onsite including; Project Managers, Site Managers.
- Ability to understand and adhere to stringent QA installation procedures.
- Understand and adhere to OH&S practices and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
