• You have worked passionately as a Beauty Therapist for 2 yrs or more
• You are driven to achieve excellence
• You like to work hard and get paid what you deserve
• You want to be motivated to your full potential
• You have a proven track record with selling courses / packages
• The thought of retail targets gets you excited about a challenge
• No fear of asking questions and always willing to give something a go with a "can do" attitude
• If you have none of the above we are willing to train up the right candidate
