Workforce is currently seeking a trade qualified and experienced Mechanic for a temp assignment in the Kewdale area. 8-10 weeks work in a workshop near the airport, starting now until approximately the start of October.
This role will involve the routine maintenance and repair of trucks, trailers, plant and equipment. We are looking for a mechanic who has good fault finding skills and has ability to learn and become part of a team.
To be considered for these roles you will need:
- Australian recognised trade certificate - mechanical
- Minimum 2 years on the job experience - truck, trailer, plant
- HD Mechanic well regarded but not essential
- Hydraulics and Electrical exp highly regarded
- Fabrication skills highly regarded but not essential
- Able to undergo pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing
- Drivers licence and own transport
- Forklift, Working at Heights/Platform highly regarded
- High regard for workplace safety
- National Police Clearance
