We are seeking an experienced part-time cleaning supervisor/ on site cleaner to support and assist on various sites for a fast-growing commercial cleaning company based in Parramatta. You will be working with a close-knit, dynamic team in a role with an excellent salary package, ongoing training, career progression and a great working environment for a company who values their employees.

In this role you will be -

• Assisting the Operations Manager on site
• Working as part time cleaner in commercial building sites for our clients.
• Responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service to clients
• Developing client relationships
• Work with cleaning teams to ensure client requirements and company policies are met

To be successful in this role you must –

• Have previous experience in a cleaning or operations management role
• Have exceptional customer service and leadership skills
• Have a flexible schedule & be available for 20 hours per week on call (after hours and occasional weekends)
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Hold a current driver’s license and have your own transport
• ABN preferred but not required

Key responsibilities in this role include –

• Ensuring service levels are met to optimum standards
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Responding appropriately to enquiries and complaints
• Effectively communicating with stakeholders
• Quality assurance and WHS site inspections
• Record keeping and conducting formal investigations
