Hire Force are currently on the hunt for an experienced and professional "Service Manager" to lead our clients service and maintenance team on a fulltime permanent basis.
Our client is a leading hire company with over 400 machines in their fleet and are well known for providing top of the range equipment as well as a stress free service to their customers throughout NSW.
The ideal candidate we seek for this role will have a mechanical background ideally with experience working in the access industry; in order to take a hands on approach in leading and managing the service team.
Other desired requirements include;
- Previous service management experiece
- Relevant technical knowledge pertaining to the industry (mechanical based)
- High attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong mentoring, management and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to reach company goals and KPI's
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent decision making skills
- A full drivers licence
You will be responsible for overseeing 11 direct reports (service & admin)
Remuneration includes; $100 - $110k + $15k car allowance + fuel card + toll card + super.
