Kia Motors is one of the world's fastest growing motor vehicle manufacturers, represented in over 172 countries across the globe. Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen to fill the position of Fleet Technical Officer on our Fleet Sales team.
This role will present the successful candidate with many challenges in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Reporting to the National Fleet Manager you will:
- Provide technical assistance and exceptional customer service on service related issues to our customers
- Promote a seamingless relationship between the Kia Dealer Network and our Fleet customers
- Work with our customers and dealers to develop specialist service programs
- Be the conduit for recalls and campaigns for all Fleet customers
The person we are looking for will have ideally have:
- Excellent customer service credentials
- Minimum 4 - 6 years’ experience in vehicle service related roles, with a full understanding of dealer operations (Service, Warranty, Parts, Sales)
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exposure to or experience in Importer/Manufacturer or related technical industry
- Experience in training / mentoring of staff regarding Service and Warranty policy and procedures
- A positive attitude with strong attention to detail
- You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with all levels of management both internally and with external business partners
- You must be a Qualified Automotive Technician, preferably Master Technician qualification within the Dealership automotive environment
- Valid driver’s licence
