The Opportunity
We have been successful in acquiring a significant volume of ongoing service and maintenance contract works at various facilities throughout Melbourne.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Plumber in the building maintenance field to join our team and work on a wide variety of industrial and commercial based contracts.
On a 38 Hour week within our Plumbing Division; get exposure to a wide range of equipment to challenge and grow the depth of your experience and knowledge. Benefit from the loyal and encouraging team to better yourself and advance your future opportunities.
To be considered for this position the characteristics you require are:
- High level of enthusiasm
- Strong communication skills
- A strong service ethic towards building tenants and clients
- Professional personal presentation at all times
- Have at least 5 years' experience as a qualified technician
- Be able to follow procedures and compliance testing
- Knowledge of essential services measures an advantage
- Flexibility in attitude towards any job required
First and foremost, we require from you;
- A copy of a recent National Police Check. Security is key at a number of these facilities.
Requirements:
- Plumbing industry license
- Gas type A+B an advantage
- Current drivers licence
- Current construction industry RED Card, or WHITE Card
- Strong understanding of OHS
- A copy of a recent National Police Check
