About the business
Are you an experienced production coordinator that has strong commercial acumen and the ability to work in a fast paced environment? Have you experience managing multiple client accounts and working within a team environment to meet the client needs on a daily basis.
This immediate opportunity is an ideal role for a self motivated, and team orientated production coordinator to work with the leadership team and manage a range of client accounts to schedule the projects on a day to day basis.
About the role
The appointment of the Production coordination position is key to the ongoing growth and success of the company and is a valued role within the management team.
The core responsibilities for this role to be successful will be:
• Daily scheduling of the orders that are received
• Logistically organising and prioritising the delivery routes
• Working with the supervisors to understand the workflow levels to complete projects on schedule for the clients.
• Accurate stocking and storing of inventory in the warehouse
• Strong communication with all stakeholders - management, customers, warehouse and drivers
• Lean champion to drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate daily production schedule and oversee the projects are meeting the specification of the clients.
• Reporting metrics - Number of orders delivered to customers daily, frequency of despatch, accuracy of orders delivered.

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role prior experience working within a Production / Warehouse environment.
- Have QLD Drivers Licence and Forklift Licence
- Strong ability to manage and prioritise client and customer needs will be key to successfully delivering this role.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and management/ leadership of staff is desired.
- Strong computer literacy skills will be required.
- Experience with job management and billing software packages - IE - SAP and Ostendo.
- Be based in Bundaberg or willing to move to Bundaberg.
