Based on a high profile CBD corporate site the role will concentrate on raising the service standards, developing and maintaining key relationships with client base and increasing the profile of the company with tenants.

This is a Security Manager role and the ideal candidate will have strong business acumen whilst having comprehensive experience in managing large teams, customer relations, problem solving, service deliverables and maintenance of customer service strategies.

Primary Responsibilities

  • To oversee the provision of security to ensure the provision of a quality service
  • Assist the client to ensure key
  • Achieve the required operating profit ensuring cost controls, rosters and expenditure are carefully managed
  • To source new opportunities and expand the customer base to ensure financial targets are met
  • Provide reports including the provision of written reports, incident reports and any other relevant material as required
  • To identify opportunities for increased prevention and corrective action through the analysis of service requests, complaints and additional work statistics
  • Provide direction and support across all company service streams to ensure effective service delivery
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections and ensure issues are being resolved.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring and direction to all persons associated with the team
  • Ensure site WHS and Glad QA systems are implemented and maintained
  • Emergency procedures are correctly followed in accordance with building procedures

In order to be successful for this role you must possess the following:

  • Current  NSW Security Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Display strong communication skills both written & oral
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Proven record in leadership and guidance of teams
  • Computer experience in Microsoft suite
  • Willingness to work the hours required to meet the demands of the client and the role.
  • Advance knowledge of Rosters and budgets
