This global manufacturer is a true leader in their field of security supply solutions. Experiencing continual growth within Victorian operations, they are currently recruiting a Service Coordinator to lead a team of Service Technicians with their day to day tasks of installs, repairs and maintenance.

This is a wonderful opportunity for the experienced Tradesman who is looking to move across into a largely office based role.

Daily responsibilities will include the following:

• Manage and direct Service Technicians (4-5) and Service Sub-Contractors daily work plans

• Answer service calls and provide customers with updates

• Invoicing duties and reporting duties (on Excel)

• Adhere to all OH&S requirements

• Roster and coordinate staff when and where required

In order to be considered for this position you will require the following:

• Minimum trade certificate (Maintenance Fitter, Maintenance Electrician, Electrician trade qualification highly regarded).

• Prior experience in a similar role highly regarded

• Flexibility with regards to hours of work (standard hours are 8am till 4pm but there will be some overlap).

• A current and valid drivers licence is an essential requirement
