KTrans WA are a family owned and operated transport company seeking a self-motivated, dynamic and positive team member to join us in the role of Diesel Mechanic.
The business operating out of Kewdale, has a distribution model focusing on full load road transport services both in Metro Perth, greater WA and Australia wide, including wharf container cartage, waste haulage, hot shots, express and general freight linehaul solutions and specialising in pipe transport.
As a progressive company we are looking for a disciplined and conscientious Heavy Duty trained Mechanic who understands our industry and has experience in managing R&M costs, and as importantly ensuring jobs are completed right the first time to a high standard of workmanship.
Applicants should have the following skills:
- trade certificate for Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic
- experience with late model road transport equipment
- experience with diagnosing faults on Kenworth and Volvo prime movers
- experience in repairs and maintenance with road transport hydraulics
