The Casual Security positions are required for an immediate start. You will be responsible for providing security service at our site in Chirnside park. This position services one of our major client’s, supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors. Services include but are not limited to; building key tenant familiarization and relationships, managing access, responding in a timely manner to client requests, ensuring the safety and security for the site, management of emergency situations and demonstrated pro-active security awareness.
To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:
- Victorian Security Licence and First Aid Qualifications (HLTFA311A - Apply first aid)
- Previous experience in Retail Security (Required)
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Exceptional work attendance
- The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery of which comes under your control
- An ability to form effective client and tenant relationships
- The ability to produce high quality performance reports
- Ability to work at short notice and be flexible (required)
- Availability and flexibility to work any days/times of the week (required)
- Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate appropriate
- Ability to work as a part of Security Team and individually
- High level problem solving skills
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
- Full, unlimited work rights in Australia
