We have a FULL TIME MASTER STYLIST role become available!
If 2018 hasn't been your year as yet, now is the time to make it count. We are looking to hire an experienced stylist to step right into a Master stylist role (a higher position within the company). Improve your techniques by taking advantage of our in house educator for any shortage of skill that you may have, chat with our business coach to improve your service standards and be part of a team that loves to bounce off great energy. Enjoy the support of the salon director, store manager and salon co ordinator (yes no more reception work) Take advantage of our 6 day trading so we can easily negotiate a desired roster. We are based in central Cronulla so it's an easy train ride from anywhere in Sydney. The best part- our guests have the BEST hair and allow you to be creative! No more block colours and foils as a daily chore. You just never know who will sit in your chair, every day is unique. Finally enjoy working with our company that is very Industry involved and have fun attending many trainings, events and functions.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Number 1. A great personality, someone that fits our culture and is by nature a humble caring person, someone that enjoys seeing others grow and is happy when the team is happy, BUT is a legend on the tools.
2. Great time management and enjoys perfectionism, our days are structured around time yet our guests expect beautiful hair. The days fly by when you are working with our very top seniors.
3. Can take constructive criticism, every single day we try and reflect on what we could have done better. Our studio would have closed doors by now if we didn't take a hint from our customers or the team. Feedback is always given with love.
4. Reliable! Do you call in sick all the time? Do you run late to work constantly? Yeah, we aren’t the right fit sorry.
