Due to an expanding customer base and service footprint, Toowoomba Holden is seeking the services of an experienced, highly motivated Service Advisor.

If you enjoy helping people, are honest, reliable and courteous we have an immediate, full-time position available for you.

You will be responsible for:

•Greeting visitors to the dealership's service department, receiving vehicles and completing job cards in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

•Booking and managing customer appointments

•Communicating vehicle symptoms and faults in a manner which can be easily understood

•Quoting accurate parts and labour pricing and communicating necessary vehicle repairs to our customers

•Keeping each customer informed on the servicing of their vehicle

•Preparing invoices, accepting payments and closing repair orders in a timely manner

The successful candidate must have:

•A current manual Australian driver’s license

•The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

•Meticulous attention to detail

•The drive to ensure that customers are receiving the highest level of service in order to achieve customer satisfaction KPI’s

People with previous Service Advising experience would be preferred for this position and experience in Holden vehicles would be an advantage.

Remuneration offered is above award and will be reflective of experience. The salary offered will consist of a generous retainer plus KPI related incentives.
