About the Role
Willem's Art is seeking a highly motivated individual with broad experience in wide format printing, specifically using latex printers. The successful candidate will have proven technical expertise and experience in latex printing and colour management and will be responsible for the processing and co-ordination of all wide format printing requirements using roll-to-roll and flat-bed printers in our busy factory in Woolloongabba.  

Key responsibilities:

• Running jobs through HP Latex and Canon roll-to-roll printers

• Running jobs through the HP flat-bed printer

• Preparing digital files through Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop

• Undertaking finishing services such as laminating and letter cutting

• Colour management and callibration of all printers

• Scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting of all printers

To be successful for this role you must have the following:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role

• Advanced computer skills particularly Photoshop and Illustrator

• Knowledge of RIP software

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail particularly in terms of colour accuracy

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

• Flexible in work hours and be able to work day or afternoon shifts as required
