Melbourne BMW located in the prime location of Southbank is now seeking an experienced Parts Advisor. Reporting to the General Parts Manager, the role of Parts Advisor means you will need to meet and exceed internal and external customer's expectations, be comfortable working as part of a fast paced and energetic customer and target driven spare parts team.
Your key responsibilities include;
- Building customer relations both internally and externally;
- Ensure smooth running of the daily operations;
- Compile customer orders and quotes in relation to the parts department procedure;
- Be familiar with all models produced and be able to recognise parts and describe differences between models;
- Assist the lifestyle department and warehouse duties when required.
The successful candidate;
- Great communicator and customer focused;
- Have a high level of product knowledge;
- Be enthusiastic and have a positive approach;
- Strong and accurate data entry skills;
- Self-motivated;
- Era Net experience;
- May have been a Technician involved in the used/new parts industry.
